    How do your payments work?

    Pay the full amount upfront or Pay over 12 months.

    How do you handle payments?

  • All monthly payments are processed through Square.
  • All other payments can be made via ACH, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.
  • If payment is late beyond the 10-day grace period, a $25 late fee will be applied.
  • Service access may be paused until payment is received.
  • We encourage communication if you anticipate a delay, we’re happy to discuss options.

    • What is your refund policy?

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  • If you cancel before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
  • Partial refunds are not available for completed milestones or services already delivered.
  • We encourage discussing concerns early so adjustments can be made before work progresses.

    • What’s included in the flat fee?

    Your flat fee covers complete design, development, setup, and launch so everything needed to get your site or store live.

    Are there any required ongoing costs?

    For standard websites, hosting is $45/month if hosted by us amf for Shopify stores, the Shopify subscription fee is billed separately by Shopify.

    Can I update my own site?

    • Standard Websites: If you’re on a monthly plan, we manage and host your site for the first 12 months — you’ll receive full access once the contract is complete.
      • If you’ve chosen the One-Time (Flat) Investment and prefer to host it on your own servers, you’ll have full access immediately.
    • E-Commerce Websites: You’ll always have access to your Shopify or WooCommerce dashboard to manage products, inventory, and orders — regardless of your payment plan.
    • Hosting Policy: If we host your website, we handle all updates and management for you.

    What if I need edits later?

    • Each Standard Website package includes 1 hour of edits. Additional work is billed at $55/hour.
    • Each E-Commerce Website package includes 1 hour of edits. Additional work is billed at $95/hour.

    What’s the average turnaround time

    • Standard Websites: 1–3 weeks
    • E-Commerce Stores: 2–16 weeks
    • Timelines depend on content readiness, feedback speed, and project complexity.

    Can you manage my store for me?

  • Yes, our team provides part-time and full-time E-Commerce Specialist.
  • They essentially act as the manager of your store.
  • Management fees range from $450–$3,000/month.
  • Specialist handles updates, inventory, logistics, supply chain, SEO, product uploads, and optimization.

    • Why do you build on Shopify and WordPress?

  • Shopify is ideal for product-heavy stores with many items and advanced e-commerce features.
  • WordPress + WooCommerce works best for content-focused sites that sell a few products.
  • We choose the platform based on your business goals and scalability.
  • This ensures your site is efficient, flexible, and cost-effective.

    • Do you offer custom packages?

  • Yes, we create custom packages for unique projects.
  • If your project needs advanced features or special functionality, we’ll provide a tailored quote.
  • Our goal is to ensure your solution fits your business perfectly.

    • What support is included?

  • All packages include Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–4:30 PM support.
  • Lifetime updates included for your website framework.
  • Non-business hour support billed at $55/hour for immediate assistance.
  • If the issue is on our side, support is free.
  • Optional monthly services cover hosting, backups, security, SEO, analytics, and maintenance.

    • What if I need more pages/products than included?

  • Additional standard pages billed at $100/page.
  • Extra E-Commerce products billed at $15–$50/product depending on package.
  • We can create a custom quote for very large projects.

    • Can I cancel my monthly contract early?

  • All monthly plans require a 12-month contract.
  • Early cancellation may result in paying the remaining balance of the contract.

    • What happens if I stop paying mid-contract?

  • Service access will be paused until payments are current.
  • Monthly contract terms require completion of the full 12 months.
  • Any partially completed payments may be billed as a lump sum if terminated early.

    • Can I switch to a flat fee during a monthly plan?

  • Yes, we can calculate the remaining balance as a one-time payment.
  • Once paid in full, the 12-month contract ends immediately.
  • This is ideal if you want to own your site outright sooner.

    • What happens after the 12-month contract?

  • After 12 months, your monthly plan ends.
  • After the 12 month, hosting starts at $45/month.
  • You can choose to continue with optional monthly services like hosting, maintenance, SEO, or specialist management.
  • If you prefer, you can take full control of your site and host it independently.
  • All core site features and content remain yours permanently.
