Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Pre-qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and business needs
  • Schedule calls for our sales team
  • Track leads in CRM or Google Sheets

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation / appointment setting
  • Excellent English communication
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable

Pay Scale

  • Low End ($2,500): $40–$60 per qualified call + $250–$500 per closed deal
  • Middle End ($4,500–$6,500): $50–$75 per call + $500–$1,000 per closed deal
  • Higher End ($15K–$35K+): $75–$100 per call + $1,500–$5,000 per closed deal

Responsibilities

  • Turn wireframes into responsive, visually appealing designs
  • Customize WordPress & Shopify themes for client branding
  • Design multi-page websites and e-commerce stores
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers
  • Ensure consistency and quality across devices

Requirements

  • 2+ years UI/UX design experience (WordPress & Shopify preferred)
  • Portfolio of multi-page / e-commerce websites
  • Strong Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch skills
  • Good English communication

Pay Scale (per project)

  • Low-End Project ($2,500): $600–$900
  • Medium-End Project ($4,500–$6,500): $900–$1,500
  • High-End Project ($15K–$35K+): $1,500–$3,500
  • Bonuses: $50–$500 for quality and on-time delivery

Pay: $600.00 - $3,500.00 per week
